As our town is in the industrial region of Izmir, migration from other parts of Turkey is at a high level. For this reason, our students have the characteristics of different geographical regions, Besides migrants we also have some students who are refugees.They have to face many hardships. Despite all the difficulties, many of our students are interested in culture, traditions, historical heritage of European countries. So we strive as a school to bring as much of the outside world into our school and our lives. Our mission is to provide a safe, disciplined learning environment that empowers all students to develop their full potential. As teachers, we believe that all students are uniquely talented.Through a broad range of experiences in and beyond school, we would like our students to become confident, optimistic, compassionate and internationally-minded young adults ,ready to find their place in the world. With the social responsibility projects in line with the theme chosen every year, teaching virtues such as sensitivity towards people in need, helpfulness and sharing and the importance of these values are aimed at. This Erasmus Project is our first international project at our school. We are extremely happy to have this experience in an international area, because it is a great opportunity to bring an International and European dimension to our school with this wonderful project and grow all together.
